Lab-RSI applies a technosocial perspective to enhance the online collaborative systems which are designed to create and share knowledge in networks of mutual cooperation. Lab-RSI is a Citilab project that runs on an organizational structure of four areas: Learning, Development, Research and Innovation and Consulting.
From the Learning Area, the Lab-RSI organizes and teaches online, present and semi-present courses that promotes new professional profiles associated with developing and managing business projects and RSV, and at the same time teaches this discipline. This is the case of FeRS courses (training in design of social networks), and Creation, development and management of Social Networks. All Lab-RSI training is oriented to enable students to develop RSVC projects based on demands and specific problems. From this area seminars, workshops and events are organized. They are aimed to network strategists, managers, communities, conceptualization of virtual platforms, profits from social media, digital identity creation and protection, application of games to problem solving and about what you do on the Internet is embodied in physical space and vice versa.
The Development Area of the Lab-RSI approaches, on one hand, the continuity of student projects in the area of learning. On the other hand, it establishes agreements with third parties to develop their own projects.
Moreover, the Research Area works in the recording, documentation and information management from the beginning of any projects related to Lab-RSI, as well as analyzing contents, the networks that emerge because of interactions and methodologies that support the productive growth of social networks.
The Consulting Area divides its business into two areas: the independent consultant for organizations and entities such as specific advisory service for creation, design, management and evaluation of RSVC applied to specific business lines and, on the other hand, consulting the action plan of student's RSVC projects who attend the training offered by the area of learning.
Currently the Lab-RSI not only organizes and develops RSVC Creation and Management courses but also manages the projects of the Leonardo Network, Knowledge Network of Centres of Knowledge and the Internal Communication Plan Citilab.
